- Items damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing defects are eligible for a return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please make sure to check with your local post office or carrier for shipping instructions.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Refund Process
